Rate is inclusive of applicable GST and is due at the time of the session. We accept payment via cash, credit and email transfer for session fees. A free 20 min consultation is available when needed.

Court reports, dispositions, and/or appearances are not provided. In the event that these services become mandatory there will be a fee of $200/hour charge applied.

We require 24 hours when cancelling an appointment or the full cost of session will be charged. It is important for us to maintain this policy as that appointment time is not available for other clients and is lost income of the therapist.

Many plans cover only licensed psychologists and we are not psychologists. If you currently have extended medical coverage it is best to speak directly with your insurance provider to clarify their specific coverage guidelines. All of our Counselling & Hypnotherapy receipts detail our therapist full name and registration number, as well as cost and date of services. Submission and reimbursements of cost for the services provided are between the client and insurance provider.
